GLENVILLE, WV – The public is invited to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµState College’s Mollohan’s Restaurant for the latest ‘Premium Night’ on Wednesday, December 14 from 4:30 until 7:00 p.m. The dinner will consist of several holiday favorites.
The menu for the dinner includes grilled salmon with pineapple teriyaki glaze, chicken piccata, pasta station, rustic mashed potatoes and gravy, golden rice pilaf, honey glazed carrots, Christmas spinach salad, lobster bisque, creamy cheese fondue, a full salad bar, and dinner rolls. The dessert menu for the dinner includes Christmas cookies, cherry pie, strawberry pie, red velvet cake, and chocolate layer cake.
The costs for the dinner are $14.00 for guests, $13.00 for seniors, $13.06 for faculty and staff using flex dollars, $10.76 for students using flex dollars, and $7.00 for children under 12.
