Graduate Partnerships
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµState University has developed partnerships for students interested in pursuing graduate medical and allied health programs. Please see the Dean of Health Sciences for specific information about these partnerships.
Master of Athletic Training
(WVWC) will reserve four students each year into either the accelerated (3+2) or traditional (4+2) pathway for the professional Master of Athletic Training (MAT). Students pursuing the accelerated pathway must complete 91 credits toward the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with Pre-Athletic training and will receive their Bachelor's degree from GSU after successful completion of the first year at WVWC. Students entering the traditional pathway can select any major but must meet the prerequisite requirements for WVWC professional MAT program.
Doctor of Chiropractic
guarantees admission for all graduates with a 3.0 cumulative GPA from the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with Pre-Chiropractic concentration.
Doctor of Occupational Therapy
will reserve five seats each year for qualified students from Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµState University. GSU graduates must earn a cumulative 3.2 GPA in a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with Pre-Occupational Therapy concentration.
Doctor of Physical Therapy
will reserve five seats each year for qualified students from Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµState University. GSU graduates must earn a cumulative 3.4 GPA in Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a Pre-Physical Therapy concentration.
