Lowe to Serve as Field Commander for the Pioneer Marching Band

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµState College senior Kristina "Tina" Lowe will be serving as the field commander for the Pioneer ‘Wall of Sound’ Marching Band this semester. The Elizabeth, WV native is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and a minor in business.
