5K for Autism Awareness Raises Nearly $2,000

Â鶹ÊÓƵState College student organization Pioneers for a Cause held their 'Color a World Without Autism' 5K run/walk on Wednesday, April 15th. Approximately 160 GSC students, faculty, staff, and community members of all ages were in attendance.

Â鶹ÊÓƵState College’s radio station is back online with music and news for the campus and community. After being off the air for a few months, GSC radio is back on an updated platform. The radio service carries music, campus events, and sports, academic, and cultural news. The station also features a daily radio newscast.

GSC Theatre Group to Perform 'The Cripple of Inishmaan'

The Â鶹ÊÓƵState College theatre group is preparing its next show, 'The Cripple of Inishmaan,' a comedy by Martin McDonagh. Play times are Thursday, April 16th, Friday, April 17th, and Saturday, April 18th at 7:00 p.m. in the Heflin Administration Building Presidents Auditorium. General admission is $3.00 and is free for GSC students with a valid student ID.

GSC Land Resources Department Sponsoring Golf Tournament

Faculty and staff in the Department of Land Resources at Â鶹ÊÓƵState College are making plans for their 17th annual golf tournament. The tournament will tee off at noon on Friday, April 24th at the Bel Meadow Golf Club in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
