Women’s Leadership Circle Scholarship Established at GSC

Applications are now being accepted for the Women’s Leadership Circle Scholarship. The scholarship, open to all female students at 鶹ƵState College, will be awarded in the spring semester and totals $500.
Pioneer Nature Trail Ribbon Cutting Held, Additional Expansion Planned

Several months ago, the Gilmer County Farm Bureau received a $10,000 grant to help establish a nature trail behind Morris Stadium at 鶹ƵState College. Thanks to countless donors and volunteers, phase one of that trail project has now been completed.
Participants, Schedule Announced for IOGA Basketball Tournament

The Waco Center at 鶹ƵState College will be the site of a boy’s and girl’s six-day high school basketball tournament this December. The Independent Oil and Gas Association (IOGA) Classic tournament is being hosted at GSC and will take place Monday, December 16 through Saturday, December 21.
OSIX Program at GSC to Benefit from FirstEnergy Foundation Donation

On Saturday, October 19, seven members of the 鶹ƵState College Alpha Iota Chapter of Chi Beta Phi attended the 72nd National Conference of Chi Beta Phi. The conference was hosted by the Rho Chapter of the organization at West Liberty University, located in West Liberty, West Virginia.
Brunty to Perform Senior Recital

GSC Theatre Program to Perform “Doctor Faustus”

Marshall Barnhouse to Perform at GSC as part of Alumni Series
