The free series, titled ‘Pushing the Limits,’ will take place at the Burnsville Public Library (BPL). The events will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the following Tuesdays: January 24, February 21, March 21, and April 25.

New Jazz and Commercial Music Studies Program to be offered at GSC

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµState College will soon be home to a new concentration of study in its Fine Arts Department. The Jazz and Commercial Music Studies program is being designed for the student musician who also has a desire to study the business aspects of the music industry. In addition to the core music curriculum, students will be immersed in the study of jazz and American popular music history and theory.

Ceremony held to Break Ground on Greenhouse at GSC

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµState College on Friday broke ground on the newest addition to its campus facilities, a greenhouse. The new space will be located in the open area behind college housing and adjacent to the Waco Center on the College’s Mineral Road Campus.
